Cancellation & Refunds

Check-in & Identification
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
Conduct at the Property
ICONIQA reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of unlawful, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
Limitation of Liability
ICONIQA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond limits permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
